/ problem

A store isn’t a website. It’s the business behind it.

Off-the-shelf platforms handle the cart and checkout. Everything else, from supplier prices, shipments, fiscal receipts, invoices and bank statements to supplier settlements, is left to you, in spreadsheets and on the phone. Pascual Ecommerce automates exactly that part.

You type supplier prices and stock by hand, or import a CSV once a week.
Supplier feeds sync on their own, and the price is computed from cost and your margin.
For every order you call the supplier, key the shipment into the courier portal and chase the status.
The supplier confirms in one click, the shipment books itself, statuses land on the order.
You issue fiscal receipts manually and hope they match the deliveries.
The receipt is issued automatically on delivery, with the exact SKU and payment method.
At month end the bookkeeper asks for invoices, statements and cost sheets.
The bookkeeper has their own login: cost sheet, turnover, purchase invoices and PDFs in one ZIP.
You don’t know what you owe each supplier, or what you really earn per item.
Payables, payments, overdue items and margin per supplier and SKU, on one screen.
/ modules

Everything an online store in Serbia needs, in one system

Eight modules that work together on the same data. Switch on what you need, add the rest as the business grows.

Fast storefront and admin

A Next.js storefront optimized for Google and mobile, with an admin panel where you manage the catalogue, pages and promotions yourself.

  • Categories, filters, variants (size, colour), wishlist, customer accounts
  • Google sign-in and bot protection on every form
  • Visual CMS editor for the home page, landing pages and category pages
  • Rule-based dynamic categories (sale, new, brand, price) and automatic product ranking
  • Struck-through price against the lowest price of the past 30 days, as the law requires

Automated supplier imports

Products, prices, stock and images flow in on their own: from XML, Excel, WooCommerce, GraphQL, or even a B2B portal with no feed at all.

  • Supplier categories, brands and attributes mapped onto your catalogue
  • Safety: the feed is read in full before writing, mass deletions are held back
  • The same barcode from two suppliers never creates a duplicate
  • AI-written product descriptions in Serbian instead of copied supplier text
  • A phone panel for suppliers without a feed, so they update their own stock
  • Delivery time per supplier and per product

Prices, margin and competition

The selling price is computed automatically from cost, using margin rules you set.

  • Margin rules per supplier, category and price band
  • Competitor price tracking and price adjustment that protects your profit
  • Simulate new prices before you release them
  • Discounts and coupons via marketing rules

Courier automation

X Express integration: the courier picks up straight from the supplier’s warehouse, and you never touch the parcel.

  • The supplier receives the order to confirm: “In stock, packing” or “Out of stock”
  • Confirmation books the shipment and emails a PDF label with barcode
  • Orders with goods from several suppliers split into shipments, each with its own COD amount
  • Courier statuses (picked up, delivered, returned) update the order and email the customer
  • Customer address picked from the official towns and streets register, so fewer parcels come back
  • More couriers (BEX, Post Express) plug in as modules

Payments for the Serbian market

The payment methods Serbian shoppers actually use, with rules that protect your money.

  • Cash on delivery with an amount limit
  • Bank transfer with the NBS IPS QR code: the customer pays by scanning
  • Card payments through local banks (Banca Intesa and others) on request
  • Shipping by supplier tariff, free shipping per product

Fiscalization with zero manual work

A fiscal receipt for every delivered order, via NetRačuni, an online cash register approved by the Tax Administration.

  • Issued when goods are delivered (or on dispatch, as your bookkeeper decides)
  • Item name, size and SKU on the receipt, plus shipping as its own line
  • Correct payment type: cash for COD, bank transfer for IPS
  • Cancelled and refused orders are never fiscalized
  • Every receipt is issued exactly once, and retried automatically if the register doesn’t answer

Back office and bookkeeping software

A separate panel for the owner, the bookkeeper and logistics: what is owed to whom, what is on the road, what came back.

  • SEF purchase e-invoices fetched hourly and matched to orders
  • Supplier payables ledger, payments, due dates and what falls due this week
  • Bank statements: supplier payments and courier COD reconciled automatically
  • Margin per supplier and SKU, and invoices that charged above the agreed cost
  • The bookkeeper’s month: cost sheet, turnover from fiscal receipts, purchase invoices, as .xlsx and a ZIP of PDFs
  • Owner, Bookkeeper and Logistics roles plus a mobile app with push notifications

Marketing that runs itself

Feeds, social media and measurement that shows real profit per campaign, not just clicks.

  • Feeds for ePonuda, ShopMania, Idealno, the Meta catalogue and Google Merchant Center
  • Automatic Facebook and Instagram posts and stories, several times a day
  • Meta Pixel + Conversions API and GA4, respecting cookie consent
  • Brevo: contacts, orders and abandoned carts with a one-time coupon
  • Profit-per-campaign reporting (POAS), not just revenue
  • Popup banners, blog and SEO copy for categories and brands
/ order-flow

One order, from click to ledger, with no manual work

This is how every order on appy.rs runs. You step in only when the system needs a decision.

  1. 01Customer

    Order

The customer orders and pays cash on delivery or by IPS QR. Prices and stock are fresh from the supplier feed.

  2. 02Admin

    Review

The order waits for your review, or passes automatically if you configure it so.

  3. 03Supplier

    Confirmation

Each supplier gets its own lines and confirms in one tap on the phone.

  4. 04Courier

    Shipment

Booked with X Express, label sent to the supplier, picked up at their warehouse.

  5. 05Customer

    Delivery

Courier statuses update the order, the customer is notified by email.

  6. 06Tax

    Fiscal receipt

Delivery automatically issues a fiscal receipt via NetRačuni.

  7. 07Bookkeeper

    Ledger

The supplier’s SEF invoice is matched, the payable recorded, the payment read from the statement.

/ case-study

appy.rs, a marketplace on the Pascual Ecommerce platform

appy.rs is an online marketplace delivering across Serbia: fashion, appliances, IT, lighting, kids’ gear and many more categories.

The platform ties the whole business together: catalogue imports, pricing, supplier confirmation, courier, fiscal receipt, SEF invoices and settlement. That is why a store with a large number of products and suppliers runs without an operator re-typing data.

/ who-its-for

Who Pascual Ecommerce is for

The platform makes the most sense when a store has more sources of goods and more paperwork than one person can keep up with.

Stores without their own warehouse

You sell goods from several suppliers and they pack and ship. Dropshipping for the Serbian market, with all the obligations that come with it.

Marketplaces and multi-brand stores

A large number of items, brands and suppliers, with one catalogue, one checkout and a clear settlement per supplier.

Distributors and wholesalers

You already have stock and a warehouse, and want an online channel that fills itself from your system and fiscalizes on its own.

Stores that outgrew WooCommerce

Plugins can’t keep up with your volume. We move catalogue, customers and URLs without losing your Google rankings.

/ how-we-work

Your store, your installation, your data

Pascual Ecommerce is not a shared SaaS. Every client gets their own installation: their own database, server and domain. The code is shared and constantly improved, and you switch on the modules you need.

1. Call and demo

We walk through your business: suppliers, courier, payments, bookkeeping. We show the platform on a live system.

2. Plan and quote

We define modules, suppliers to connect and the timeline. A fixed quote, no surprises.

3. Setup and integration

Installation, design in your colours, supplier imports, courier, fiscal register, SEF, bank.

4. Training and support

Training for you, logistics and your bookkeeper. After launch we stay with you: maintenance and new modules.

What every installation includes

  • Your own database and server, so your data stays yours
  • Serbian language, dinars and regulations from day one
  • Automated tests before every change
  • Hosting on our infrastructure or yours
  • Direct contact with the team that built the platform

Pascual Ecommerce: frequently asked questions

Neither, entirely. It is a finished platform already running in production on appy.rs, which we adapt to your business: design, suppliers, courier, payments and pricing rules. If you need something that doesn’t exist yet, we build it as a module.
