How long does product design take?

Usually four to six weeks for a first version of the product. Products with more than ten screens and complex flows take eight to twelve weeks. After launch we can continue design in two-week cycles alongside the development team.

Do you test designs with users?

Yes, and we choose the method based on how risky the change is. It can be a quick, inexpensive test with five users in a tool like Maze, live conversations with users for deeper insight, or a comparison of two versions on the live site.

How we work

In the first one to two weeks we get to know your users and how they use the product. Then we sketch the screens and review them with you, and with users when needed, before moving on to the final design and component system. Once the design goes to the developers, we stay involved and review the work throughout development.
